Affordable Behavioral Health Treatment Exists! Just Ask Us.

Behavioral health treatment can seem deceptively inaccessible and unaffordable; that is the primary reason why many Americans don’t seek the help they need. Sometimes, all you need to do is ask for affordable treatment – you may be surprised by the results! We want you to be in charge of your destiny, which means approaching life in the healthiest state possible. In turn, that means having access to mental health treatment. And if you can’t afford it? That’s where we come in.

Making Behavioral Health Treatment Affordable

Who are we?

We are a non-profit dedicated to providing affordable behavioral health treatment to everyone in the community, not just a select group. In addition, we provide mental health education in the form of seminars, workshops, and support groups for medical professionals and general members of the community. Our services include free health screenings, consultations, education, and linkage to community providers. We believe that everyone should have a shot at a healthy life, regardless of your financial situation.

How do we do it?

We know firsthand how effective teamwork can be, because we couldn’t do what we do without the help of others. We have teamed up with a number of respected strategic partners in the mental health and patient advocacy fields to give you the widest range of professional services we can. This includes private practitioners, psychologists, residential programs, outpatient facilities, and more. Some of our partners even work with other patient assistance programs and pharmaceutical companies to help individuals get the medicine they need at little or no cost.

We also depend on donations from generous members of the community, who assist us by giving their time as a volunteer or a financial contribution. Volunteer opportunities include volunteering at events and conferences, fundraising, and giving in-office administrative support. There are a number of ways to contribute financially, from recycling ink cartridges to using an special online search engine, or simply by making a donation. Our vast network is comprised of caring people who want to provide quality, personalized treatment for those who can’t afford it.

Who do we help?

To be eligible for the Guardian Behavioral Health Foundation program, each individual completes an application form identifying their need for financial assistance. This ensures that everyone meets the financial aid criteria, and we can channel our resources to the people who need it most. Our programs are for anyone in the United States who is living with a mental illness but cannot afford treatment. Our educational programs are designed for individuals, families, health professionals, and community partners. We are here for you and your loved ones.

If you or someone you love is suffering from a mental illness and is facing financial obstacles to services, please call us.  We provide access to low-cost or no-cost mental health services through a variety of community mental health centers and professionals.  We also offer educational workshops for families and professionals.
